As always, Rockcastle did not disappoint. I want to thank the gentleman who delivered a Cannoli Cake to my mother in law today (day before Thanksgiving). He called to let me know he was on his way. I am sure my mother-in-law took a while to answer the door (and still in her nightgown/robe/slippers) and he kindly waited for her. I unfortunately deleted his message prior to getting his name, but who ever was in the Paddy Hill area this morning, a genuine heart felt thank you!

I recently ordered a Lavender Remembrance arrangement for my Grandmothers funeral service. The picture on the website was very pretty but the picture did not do it justice. This was the most beautiful arrangement in person ! They did an amazing job!!

We needed flowers for my mother's funeral the next day and of course went straight to Rockcastle and without issues they were able to deliver 3 pieces and were fabulous, all the compliments on how beautiful the flowers were, and that our mom would have loved them, many thanks to everyone at Rockcastle!!!

Purchased the Holly Jolly Christmas bouquet for a friend. The delivery timing was perfect, first thing in the morning. The flowers were described as the most beautiful floral arrangement ever seen. The bouquet on the website looked great. In real life they were awesome! Thank you so much.

I ordered flowers online from out of state to be delivered to a family member on her birthday, and they were gorgeous! When I was ordering them, I did initially think the flowers were pricey—however, they were worth it for such a beautiful arrangement. I think this is the first time I’ve ever had flowers delivered to someone for a special occasion and what they received looked just like what I chose on the site! Top-notch quality flowers, I’m impressed and pleased.

I placed an order for next day delivery to surprise a friend, and Rockcastle came through brilliantly, with a lovely plant, great looking cake, and a fun balloon delivered smoothly. Since I no longer live in the Rochester area, I looked for a long term, locally owned business and was not disappointed. Avoid the 1-800/telas and go direct to the source for better quality and to support local businesses.

They don’t skimp or substitute lower quality if something isn’t in stock. This is such a dependable florist I never have to worry. I’ve been ordering from them for many years. Thanks! I worked with Rockcastle Florist for our small wedding ceremony, particularly with Robin. We ordered two ceremony bouquets with rental posts, a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere. The florals exceeded my expectations!! They were stunning, I'm sad they're no longer with us! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for wedding florals, the Canandaigua office is convenient for FLX weddings.
